I started teaching Yoga in 2015 and have spent the last 8 years sharing it as a collection of supportive practices that can be called on in day-to-day life, to soothe, cultivate compassion and ultimately connect to the body as a place of knowing and healing.
My style of teaching is nervous system informed, unrushed, restorative and grounded in breath-work and intuitive movement. My intention is to hold a space that feels nourishing and welcoming, always.
I discovered yoga in my early 20’s at a time of grief and anxiety. Being guided to move my body and breathe more mindfully left me feeling a sense of stillness and calm I’d never experienced before. As a practice it has taught me how to slow down, tend to my nervous system and be brave enough to seek out more sustainable and aligned ways of being.
I hold in person yoga classes in Tottenham, North London including open level, pregnancy and postnatal and run a bi-annual residential yoga retreat to West Lexham, Norfolk.
In 2022 I trained as a women’s circle facilitator and hold both online and in-person circles alongside my classes and retreats.
